This is the type of food that can stop arguments and cure the worst of moods. I'd leave NM for Cali any day if it meant being able to eat this whenever I pleased. We got the birria fries and the birria stromboli (pretty much a birria calzone). The birria stromboli provided the best cheese pull I've ever witnessed. The fries were great, but they became amazing when I dipped my bite into a container of their birria sauce. The birria is not spicy at all but holds so much flavor. Truly astounding. They've got a red salsa for those who appreciate a decent amount of spice without making spice the only flavor. It's the perfect kick. The food was genuinely amazing, and so was the kind lady behind the counter. The restaurant was very family-friendly. The lady was patient when the girls had questions about the mexican candies for sale.

Ran by an amazing dude, Hella kind, the queso birria tacos SLAPPED they had so much flavor me and my girlfriend just shut up and ate all 6. If you haven't eaten here you're missing out. These are the best Beef Birria tacos and other great foods I've had in the valley. I'll be trying all of it soon, I've just started going here a couple months ago. When you order don't forget to get a side of Consumé! They have great Mexican candy too! The staff is great they even boxed up my food so it fits in my motorcycle saddle bag for the ride home. They are cash only but do take Venmo and possibly another form of app based payment. I eat here as often as I can. I travel all around the world this is some of my favorite foods now! I'd have better pictures for you but I ate up most all of the food as soon as I got home!
